Information you provide

The contact form collects your name, email address, inquiry type, message, and consent acknowledgement. This information is stored in the website's private contact inbox and used only to review and respond to your inquiry. It is not used for marketing and is not sent through a public email address.

Contact-form protection

The form uses short-lived, one-time form sessions and rate limits to reduce automated abuse. A cryptographically protected version of your network address is stored temporarily with request counts. The website does not store your raw network address with your message. Duplicate submissions may be suppressed.

Private inbox access

Contact messages are available only in an owner-authorized inbox. OpenAI provides authenticated account identifiers when the owner signs in to that inbox. Public visitors do not need an OpenAI or ChatGPT account to use the contact form.

Booking and payment

Setmore provides the booking calendar and processes scheduling, timezone, and optional customer-account information. When online payment and video meetings are enabled, Stripe processes payment information and Zoom provides the private meeting link. Those services handle information under their own privacy terms. This website does not receive or store card credentials.

Book retailer links and tracking

This website does not run advertising or general analytics trackers by default. Book purchase buttons use Geniuslink to route readers directly to an appropriate Amazon marketplace for their country. Geniuslink and Amazon may process information needed for regional routing and click reporting, including the referring page, approximate location, device or browser details, and the destination marketplace. Those services handle information under their own privacy terms.

Resource downloads and optional notices

The Archive page keeps an aggregate download count for each PDF. Before a first download, the site offers an optional email subscription for occasional notices about substantial new olympiad resources. You can decline and download the file immediately. That choice is remembered in your browser so the invitation is not shown before every file. The site does not store your raw network address with a download or subscription.

The Group Classes page also offers an optional email signup for registration announcements. If you subscribe through either page, your normalized email address, subscription time, status, and signup source are stored in a private list. The address is used only for occasional registration and publication notices; it is not sold, shared for third-party promotion, or added to a weekly email sequence. You can use the contact page to unsubscribe or request deletion.

PDF buttons use Geniuslink before reaching the file on this site. Geniuslink may process the referring page, approximate location, browser or device details, and destination needed for click reporting. The website also uses short-lived rate-limit records derived cryptographically from a network address to reduce automated inflation of download totals.

Retention and requests

Contact messages are retained for up to 12 months unless they are deleted sooner or must be retained longer for a legal or business reason. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Aggregate PDF download totals do not contain an email address. Short-lived abuse-prevention records expire after their protection windows. Booking records are retained as reasonably needed to provide sessions, handle refunds, maintain financial records, and resolve disputes. Use the contact page to ask about or request deletion of information you have provided.
