Information you provide

The contact form collects your name, email address, inquiry type, message, and consent acknowledgement. This information is stored in the website's private contact inbox and used only to review and respond to your inquiry. It is not used for marketing and is not sent through a public email address.

Contact-form protection

The form uses short-lived, one-time form sessions and rate limits to reduce automated abuse. A cryptographically protected version of your network address is stored temporarily with request counts. The website does not store your raw network address with your message. Duplicate submissions may be suppressed.

Private inbox access

Contact messages are available only in an owner-authorized inbox. OpenAI provides authenticated account identifiers when the owner signs in to that inbox. Public visitors do not need an OpenAI or ChatGPT account to use the contact form.

Booking and payment

Setmore provides the booking calendar and processes scheduling, timezone, and optional customer-account information. When online payment and video meetings are enabled, Stripe processes payment information and Zoom provides the private meeting link. Those services handle information under their own privacy terms. This website does not receive or store card credentials.

Tracking

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics trackers by default.

Retention and requests

Contact messages are retained for up to 12 months unless they are deleted sooner or must be retained longer for a legal or business reason. Short-lived abuse-prevention records expire after their protection windows. Booking records are retained as reasonably needed to provide sessions, handle refunds, maintain financial records, and resolve disputes. Use the contact page to ask about or request deletion of information you have provided.
